That is the current state of modern media, man. It is more important to be first, rather than to be accurate. Would be a surprise from Kaepernick, though, if it turns out there is fire under the smoke; he is an arrogant bastard but he seemed to have a good head on his shoulders from what I've read about him.

Yeah it's getting pretty ridiculous. Reminds me of the "Harbaugh almost got traded to Cleveland" bullshit Florio started a couple months ago. He hid behind his unnamed sources and said no one in the Niners organization would or could refute it. Later in the day you have the team owner, GM, and Harbaugh all going on record and calling the story a load of shit. The damage was done though and now everyone has the perception that there's tons of internal strife in the organization.

Just so little integrity in the sports media any more. It's all a rush to break stories, facts and fallout from a false article be damned.

The report continues to say that the woman felt light headed and went to a bedroom where she was later joined by Kaepernick, 26, with whom she had a sexual relationship in the past. Kaepernick then left the bedroom. The two did not have sex, she said in the report. The report says that Patton, 23, and Lockette, 27, peeked inside the bedroom and that the woman yelled at them to get out.

According to the report, the woman does not remember anything about the night after that. She woke up in a hospital bed the following morning not knowing how she got there. The woman, whose name is redacted, reported the incident to police on April 3.

Look at Darren Sharper, who would expect that from him? Dude is an attractive, amazingly fit millionaire but he gets his jimmies off by drugging and fucking incapacitated women.

Sounds like the woman isn't even saying she was assaulted. Just that she woke up and didn't remember part of the night after drinking shots and smoking marijuana. Who files a police report for that?

The hospital probably filed it because she said she didn't know how she got there. When I was 21 or 22 and my friends and I were drinking, a couple of them were fucking around with knives and one of them got cut on the hand. He had to get stitches and I remember the hospital trying to interrogate us for names because they said they had to file a police report for assault even though my buddy that got cut didn't want to. We told them to go fuck themselves, but they were trying to get any names out of us they could.
