HeheYou know who isn't under suspicion of sexual assult? Alex Smith.
This. The hospital probably filed it because she said she didn't know how she got there.
Except for the cases where it did actually happen.This.
It cracks me up that people actually "buy" the trope from women/media that these men(athletes/famous people) have to somehow drug/rape them. Most of them are in shape, decent/good looking, rich as hell, and famous. Somehow, we're supposed to believe that they need to rape/drug women to get them to sleep with them?
Yeah I don't know man, the first one that came out against Darren Sharper I was like no way. The next two to come out I thought bitches just trying to get dat money. But now that I don't know how many women came out in I don't know how many states its really hard to say he didn't do anything. Also a friend or cousin came out and said Darren's cousin (the one that Darren is always picking up women with) was bragging to him about how they drug and fuck bitches. Maybe he is just trying to get dat money too, but this is a lot of shit building up on him.This.

Bro, it's the QB of his favorite sports team, obviously he can do no wrong. It's just women trying to get money from him. There is literally nothing bizarre about the whole thing. She's a woman who was reported to be with men the previous night to waking up in a hospital bed without knowing what happened. Hospitals are required to report this to the police as a potential sexual assault case as it frequently happens with women who are raped via date rape drugs. As far as I can tell from what's being reported, she's not even claiming she was raped. The whole thing is just really bizarre. Not sure how the whole bong hitting issue would be for him since he didn't get caught with it, but I don't see how the NFL can just ignore it either.
It may be more likely, but that doesn't rule out the fact that it actually does happen. Not to mention telegraph is basically thedailymail 2.0.Date-rape drink spiking 'an urban legend' - Telegraph
It's basically a myth. 5% of "date rape" incidents end with a conviction, 95% of cases are dropped. It's the "a wizard did it" for when women have a bad night.
Having worked in multiple ERs, that is definitely not true. The only thing they report are suspected child/elderly abuse, gunshot wounds, and dog bites. People being drunk/on drugs and waking up not knowing how they got there happens multiple times every day in every ER. I would be very surprised if this was specific to Florida, as they generally avoid making laws that lead to people being afraid to seek medical treatment. No idea whatever ERs you work in but this 100% true in the area where I'm from. It's not a LAW, it's to cover the hospital's own ass.Having worked in multiple ERs, that is definitely not true.
