Sports reporting is like 50% link bait. I fell for one the other day saying Harbaugh was looking to trade Kaepernick for a top 5 pick so he could draft Johnny Manziel. Then you read the article and the fucker is quoting a joke made by a 49ers beat reporter as a "leak" and the whole article is basically "This will never happen, but maybe it will happen!" 7 times. A 7th grader would get a C- for that piece of shit and I hate myself for clicking on it.

Not sure why you think the hospital would have to cover its ass, Its unlikely they're a suspect. It's also illegal for them to give out patient information against their will outside of very limited circumstances, none of which this qualifies for.

Society tends to adhere to the mindset on rape allegations as such: alcohol + rape = "She shouldn't drink so much! If I claimed "rape" every time I got drunk, I'd have been raped countless times!" as opposed to: Date-rape drug + rape = "That poor innocent victim! I never believed all these allegations of rape, but they kept happening! The drugs are real, man!! I know 17 girls who've had their drinks spiked!". Then it's quite obvious, "I was drugged!" is going to be the excuse anytime a woman excessively drinks and has sex she later regrets. Just because you didn't know how to leave the situation or regret it after the fact, doesn't make it rape.

I don't know why you felt the need to "clarify" anything. I said it doesn't happen as frequently as reported but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen AT ALL. It's still a possibility.

My mom worked in an ER for many years and she reported every instance of this to the police as it was their procedure across multiple different hospitals. It doesn't require you to give out any patient information.

Not sure why you argue when you don't know wtf you're talking about, but she walked into the police station 2 days later to file the report. Rape by Kaep seems really unlikely. He's hit it before and she went over there to drink and get high so he had no need to drug her. They could have been planning a gangbang, I guess. Either way I'd rather Kaep be disgraced by his shitty play than off the field nonsense

Matt Barrows is a Sacramento Bee reporter that has been covering this story closer than anyone. He's been calling into KNBR. It sounds like the most likely story now is that she was hanging with the three guys, doing shots and smoking dope. She had had sex with Kaep before. She passed out, the guys got scared and called the cops (and possibly left afterwards?). She woke up in the hospital, doesn't remember anything, and went and filed a police report based on pretty much nothing except that she can't remember how she got to the hospital. The whole "sexual assault" thing was made up out of thin air by TMZ.
