Did the Cowboys win that game? No? Sounds like Dez choked at a clutch moment, which makes him a perfect receiver for Romo.

Insane catch, bullshit ruling imo.

It's amazing how you keep posting that little series of pics that conveniently leaves out one important part of the 'catch'.

That's what I was getting at. It would have to be pretty bad for anyone to do anything, at least publicly. Right now, most people don't care. I know I don't outside of the lulz.
I only care because no matter how hot the dumpster fire gets, they're probably still going to split their games with the cowboys. And then I have to deal with the embarrassment that we lost to them.

He still is. Just bring up any recent interview or press conference with him in it and marvel at how he can put together such word salads. Dude uses twenty words when five will suffice.
I haven't heard any good ones since he wished for a return of the glory hole days.

Not to mention groping the sluttiest looking blonds available in bathrooms
Is that supposed to be a comment against him or in his favor?

And I disagree, along with many sports journalists.

And you can then cite that many other people agree with the ruling with the backing of other sports journalists .

Clearly even the NFL is so perplexed by thier own shitty rule that they had to clarify it this year.

Back to the Zero Team faggot that is Gavinmad tho.

Better to be a zero team faggot
What pretty uniforms are you going to root for this year?

Really cause all I see in that sequence you posted is pretty clear evidence that the ground caused him to lose control of the ball, so not a catch.
That sequence doesn't show the 3 steps and the lunge that he took after securing the ball.

item 1: Player Going to the Ground. If a player goes to the ground in the act of catching a pass (with or
without contact by an opponent), he must maintain control of the ball throughout the process of contacting
the ground, whether in the field of play or the end zone.If he loses control of the ball, and the ball touches
the ground before he regains control, the pass is incomplete.
If he regains control prior to the ball touching
the ground, the pass is complete.
Rule 8 Article 3 Item 1 is what governs the fact that Dez Bryant did not make that catch. Rule 8 Article 3C is the part that was rewritten. So the rule that was changed had absolutely nothing to do with Dez failing to make that catch, and the Cowgirls were never 'one bullshit rule' from winning that game.

securing the ball.
This is not something that ever happened.

Just going to get this out of the way now. The Bears will be lucky to go 4-12 and I have almost no interest in watching them aside from Cutler just losing it and lighting up a cig or a bowl on the sidelines as he doesn't give a shit anyway. This will then conclude his Bears career in which it will be another 50 years and I'll either be dead or the NFL will be gone due to Goodell's complete mismanagement before we get someone who can actually play the most important position in the sport.

Anyway, carry on with your Cowboys shitfest.

It should have been Detroit in that game getting their asses kicked by GB anyway. Live by the refs, die by the refs.

For that matter, GB should have beaten Seattle if fucktard hadn't screwed up the onside kick!

And Seattle should have beaten NE, why the fuck don't you run the ball with beast mode there?!?!?!??!?!? FUCK!

But that's not what happened, so we've had to see Azeth post all off-season. There, we ALL got fucked over!

I don't disagree that Detroit got a shitty call as well, BUT theirs happened in the 2nd quarter. They could have still won that game.

Ours happened at the end of the fucking game.

It wasn't a catch according to the rules but I think that rule sucks. That should have been a catch as well as Calvin Johnson's earlier in the season. I'm sure if you asked a hundred impartial fans, a vast majority would think it was a catch.

You mean the two steps and a fall, none of which are "football" moves?
(c) maintains control of the ball long enough, after (a) and (b) have been fulfilled, to enable him to
perform any act common to the game (i.e., maintaining control long enough to pitch it, pass it,
advance with it, or avoid or ward off an opponent, etc.).
Note 1: It is not necessary that he commit such an act, provided that he maintains control of the ball long
enough to do so.
The 'football move' part is entirely irrelevant because if he had control of the ball during that time, he would have had enough time to make a football move even if he did not actually make one. The issue is that he did not establish control of the ball before it touched the ground, which is the rule they cited when they reversed the catch. The ball touching the ground is why it was not a catch.

Ours happened at the end of the fucking game.

You heard it here folks, 4:36 left with Aaron Rodgers as your QB is the end of the game, especially when Rodgers had been on fire for the entire second half.
