I think it's mostly the fact that they are habitual cheats. Deflategate and spygate may have seemed minor, but they were cheating actions that were proven and they could be hung on. Sort of like how Capone was finally only taken down on tax evasion.
This is probably the dumbest thing I have read this week, but it's par for the course for you I guess.
The espn website has really gone downhill. they have some great info, stats, and even articles. they just cant seem to figure out how to turn that into a good website these days. needs some big tweaks and it can be really great.
It's actually one of the least dumb things Hoss has posted recently. When everybody knows you're a criminal(cheater) but they can't nail you on the big shit, they'll throw the book at you for whatever little shit they can prove.
Except they did prove both of those and you know they did because Kraft and belicheat apologized and promised not to let it happen again the first time, then the second time they fired some scapegoats. The only thing you could question that they didn't prove was Brady's involvement in deflategate.
Deflate gate was an overblown joke. Get over it. Anyone who jumped on that bandwagon only did so because they were nearing maximum butthurt from the Patriots winning ANOTHER Super Bowl.
