Yes, everyone who seriously believed a single field goal by us to make it 17-17 after a successful two point conversion would be the only scoring for basically an entire quarter the rest of the way.

There are just as many scenarios where going for it was the better play. It's fine if you disagree with it, but it definitely wasn't stupid

When you look at all the likely scenarios, I just don't think that's true. All those scenarios have played out as well.

Going to lose most likely, but Reed is a monster.

How about the scenario we're actually in? A 4 point difference wouldn't change anything, but 3 points would be huge

This is why I am not going to crown the Cowboys - way too easy to imagine the Giants /Redskins handling the Lions / Falcons and then coming to town to upset a Cowboys team out of rhythm from the bye and starting off slow (not to mention the Seahawks afterward for all the NFC marbles).

I can't wait to watch those games though, even though I'm now rooting for the Raiders.
