He's got a 4 game suspension for substance abuse to serve if he comes back.

I guess if they sign him now, he'll be ready to take over in week 5 after Romo dies.

They seem a lot less funny this year anyway. I don't know if it's a new writer, if he's running out of material, or if the shtick is just growing old.
