Riiight, because being a Patriots fan somehow makes you a football savant.Mannion is going to be the starter. They aren't going to let him get destroyed by Seattle. Have patience, for fucks sake, why does it take Patriots fans to explain to losers how the NFL works.
Yeah, have patience with Jeff Fisher. Some dumb mother fuckers around here.
I like the Chargers ones. If you are going to suck you might as well be stylish.
You mean like Cam Newton? And Winston? And Manning (who still holds the rookie interception record at 28)? And Luck? And Mariota? The list could go on and on of guys who started their rookie years......you start them and let them absorb the speed of the game with live bullets, it will slow down for them eventually.Wtf did you expect? Feed the rookie to the wolves? Didn't he leave McNair on the bench for two years?

Good point...but I think the list is longer of failed QB's who started as rookies vs those who turned out to be superstars. Yes you can start them but I think it has more to do with weapons around them and a solid coaching staff.
You start them with a shitty line, no big wide receiver, no tight end and a above average running back? He gets hit so much he will be getting broken in half.
I bet the list of QBs that sat for awhile that failed is huge too. QBs mostly suck it turns out.Good point...but I think the list is longer of failed QB's who started as rookies vs those who turned out to be superstars. Rodgers is about the only exception of recent QB's that have sat their rookie years, and that's mostly because they had a franchise QB already and it just so happened the follow up guy was good.
