I think they can pick more freely. But if you have a local team and chose a different team because your local team sucked and the team you chose was one of the more dominate teams out there, you're a bandwagon slut!

I was a freshman in high school when Dallas won the first in the 90's. Do I ruin my band wagon status if bring up in 1990 after going 1-15 in 1989 the 1 win being by Steve Walsh they had to decide between Walsh and some #1 pick who didnt win a single game and was quoted saying "What's it take to win a game in the NFL" in complete frustration.
