if that happens, that would be the greatest thing ESPN has done in the last 10 years. Pat can talk, he has charisma and game knowledge. Also, he will be quite cheap. He has joked about the ESPN job on his podcast for months

Hard to know what the situation will be like that far out, so saying we plan for a full season with fans means a bunch of nothing just as saying maybe have a season with no fans.

Well, Dalton moving towards his end-stage form of permanent backup a bit early. I respect Jameis's position a bit more. A least he's rehabbing his image. Dalton is admitting he can't dethrone 6th round Minshew or 4th round Stidham. Time to hang it up Red Rocket and hope you can be the next FitzMagic in the league.

To be fair to Dalton the Cowboys are a much better team than the Pats or Jaguars. This might be a smart move. Particularly if the Cowboys dont think Dak is worth 30+ million.
