got the white chocolate cheesecake made- got the pork butt prepped for its 7:30am start for pulled pork, wings, ribs onto smoker @ 12:30ish deep fried goat cheese @5:30... crossing fingers that it all goes well...got a full tank of propane - extra tank that is...just in case. gonna try to set up a covered canopy outta 3 mil plastic sheeting and use a portable heater and the firepit to attempt to have an extra room (i just have to do the sides- i got 16' of 1/2" pvc sleeved into 2 10x16ish 3 mil poly...just have to bend the pipes- wedge one end against house overhang- other end wedged against deck post, then tie the pvc in place against rail -2 spots for first post, then tie the 2 pieces together, then hang the pvc off ends- weigh down with 2x4's... overall gonna do ~15'covered i think...duct tape the 4 ends under overhang to house temporarily....(crosses fingers it works and gets warm enough)
