We'll probably have to hear more about how the refs have sucked since they only have a 3 to 1 PP advantage. Ward and his damn high sticks against the Rangers in the playoffs.

Switched on the Bs/Leafs game for awhile. Apparently the ice in Toronto is extra super slippery because players on both teams were falling down dramatically at the slightest touch. And I guess the refs were in charge of the bad ice because players kept looking at them after falling down so dramatically. At one point two players grazed each others legs with their sticks in passing and both went down as if shot by the same magic bullet.

Feels like '09 against the Pens...up 2-0 headed on the road, Pens had something like 6 straight PP's in that Game 3 too. We're definitely being undisciplined enough to give them the excuse to call a ton as well.

Hasn't mattered, I wish Ovechkin had Sid's linemates, he'd have ~5 assists in the series already. How does Ribeiro not fire that puck top shelf. Ovechkin just needs to start firing, cause no one else is finishing these chances we're generating.

For example Grimm...I believe the stat for the Caps having a 2-0 lead in a series is it's happened 6 times since '87 or so, and we're 2-4 in those series overall.

It matters because we aren't getting any shots on goal. As long as the caps keep plugging away, eventually they will find the back of the net.

I don't see how we can win this series playing like this.
