And what happens to the guys on the other side of the DMZ, exactly?Nuke the DMZ zone, I'm not saying carpet bomb north korea with nukes and destroy all of it's cities. I'm advocating using nuclear weapons to the current threat they pose to south korea via their artillery positions with the best weapons possible for destroying hardened targets.
Sure we can. But at what monetary cost for the ordinance and what civilian cost to both NK and SK?I feel the same way, one bomber run with several hundred planes pouring napalm/cluster bombs over the portion of the DMZ next to Seoul and there will barely be a NK soldier left to operate one of those howitzers. Thats the #1 threat being neutralized in few hours.
Even though they have one of the largest standing armies numerically wise, lets not forget that they are operating 1950s military equipment for the most part. If you want to see how that worked for the last guy in modern times see Hussein, Saddam.
I read the same thing. Frankly I have a hard time believing that we cant root out a bunch of midgets operating 60 year old cannons.
The north does not have the gas reserves to invade as well.NK would be able to fire off an initial salvo but counter battery radar means that each gun only fires once and then its destroyed by SK arty. Though you really have to question the state of their equipment, its easy to make something look functional but I wonder how many of their guns really work and if they even have the ammunition/manpower to utilize working guns.
Where are you pulling this info? The north does not have the gas reserves to invade as well.
Justin Bieber givin you a boner bro?Phoenix who's the chick in your avatar?

Since when has the cost of ordnance has ever deterred us from lobbing them? We're using $100,000 missiles to blow up $10 shacks in A-stan every day for the past decade.Sure we can. But at what monetary cost for the ordinance and what civilian cost to both NK and SK?
I dont think they have the capability. They've done only what, 3 tests so far? I bet they were all Trinity-style tests, meaning a large tower/scaffolding to which a large bomb device was attached then detonated. I dont think they even have a bomb small enough to realistically fit on a plane and have detonate as an airburst when dropped, let alone one small enough to be used as a missile warhead. And what is our certainty that they won't start launching off nukes as a last resort?
I dunno. Same thing we did with Japan, Germany, Soviet Union, etc. I'm pretty much always against US foreign intervention because in 99% of cases its merely extension of American imperialist geopolitik but toppling North Korea is something I could really get behind though. They have a real world Holocaust going on there for the past 20 years and we as a world do nothing but watch. It's reprehensible. And what will we do afterward with either a now hostile government or a population without a functional government?
Bottom line: striking NK first is a bad fucking idea. Dictatorships #1 goal is to stay in power, they are not suicidal.
outskirts of Seoul are like 40km away from the DMZTripamang, how close to Seoul is the DMZ zone(sic)?
so, we'll have a Mission Accomplished by monday?I read the same thing. Frankly I have a hard time believing that we cant root out a bunch of midgets operating 60 year old cannons.

Now I think you're trolling. I hope so at least.but you're probably not even blowing out windows on the other side of the border if you position them correctly.
what do the different colors mean?
The more I think about it, the more I think this is true.It sounds like hes fucking bored.
right I said "for a long peroid of time" 1945-2004 I believe qualifies as a "long period of time". You bricked your slam dunk.WTF do you even have a clue
