Tracer being a lesbian is so forced and sad that the first official romantic relationship in OW is going to be this farce.
How is it forced? Would you prefer your guys to be LGBT trope and make Zarya gay? Fact is most gay people are just normal folks you wouldn't know are gay until you find out. This seems more normal to me.

Judging from the amount of kids Torb has, I think he is doing just fine in that category (Blizzard confirmed all the kids around Rein were Torb's kids. Dorf has been busy).

If you can't detect how forced that comic is then ... wow.
I am not against being bi/gay but it really doesn't suit her character at all.
Tracer is too whimsical / fun / playful to see her having any serious relationship atm. The fact she has the butch cut must have told someone at Blizz she was a prime candidate at having a girlfriend or something.
Personally, I'd rather see Widow in that role. She has the personality of not wanting to deal with men.
Just dumb their main character that's plastered on every OW box is the one they choose for this role. Forced 100%

I haven't seen people complain about it tbh, but it looks so fake.
Only thing I saw is that Russia has a law against it, so the comic is banned in Russia.
No idea if it'll have an affect on the actual game in Russia eventually. If they put the lore in-game there might be problems.
I might have used the wrong adjectives but bottom-line is that it's completely out of character. She's traveling all over the world fighting baddies and being goofy as fuck at the same time. How the hell does she have a serious relationship? Now if this "Emily" character was another Hero that was her "partner" then.. yea, ok. But so far we have zero evidence that this Emily chick will ever be a Hero in the game. Does Tracer even have any dialogue mentioning her name anywhere?
Again, all I'm saying is that this is forced as fuck. It's just here to cater to the real-world social climate.

In anycase, the comics have had many elements that aren't mentioned in the game, like Rein's squire or Torb's brood of kids.
