If it is on a slider system you can opt out if you want or turn it up.

If you are a legitimate new player you wouldn't touch it and you could go play whoever you get matched against. But as a day 1 player with a 600+ level account I could turn on my slider to prevent being matched against new accounts stopping the smurf problem completely. Also if its on a sliding scale you can turn it down as low as you want to group with friends with less play time.

Go play comp? Go fuck yourself. Comp is a toxic nightmare.

So I played a few more matches later in the day and am now winning every game instead of losing every game so either I magically got better in a couple of hours of not playing or the matchmaker is fucking broken as shit. I don't know how these developer keep their jobs to be honest.

The sad part is the game can be really fun when there is an even match and the games are close instead of one side face rolls they most often are.

Did my alt account placement matches today, and I went 8-2 and ended up with 2981 SR. FeelsGoodMan

Edit: First match after placements I lose 70 SR. WTF is that shit.

Yeah the smurfs are a big problem, even if you're like masters its easy enough to drop rating to play with your low ranked plat friends and you just completely melt the entire other team unless they have a smurf too.

Calvin plays at such an insane level. It's nuts he isn't in OWL. He's betting he is going to make more from streaming than OWL and I think he will.

Moonmoon, Surefour, Ster, and Calvin are the OW streamers I watch the most. If you ever want to see a 4300+ Mei watch Jardio. He's really insane with her.

I feel like moira is hard to heal with, just takes so much power to get someone back to full health then forced to dps to bring it back again. Its same reason I dont play ana though cause I feel like dpsing on her more than healing so I see the same with moira, too tempted to dps instead of heal ;p

Her heal meter runs out really fast w/o sustained DPS, her E ability is easier to use as a damage ability than a reliable heal ability (esp on defense), and her ult has insane range and does good DPS.

You get used to the flow of her playstyle, but yes it requires sustained DPS.

The thing to remember too is that her heal has a small heal over time component to it, you can/should use it to your advantage whenever you can. Heal, let the HoT ticks, Heal again, etc... you'll save a lot of resource that way. Like never totally top off players.

The only time that healer meter is an issue is when the other team has shields, and people stay behind them. You'll have trouble using her right click, and eventually run out of resource.

Sometimes don't be afraid to "waste" a Coalescence to just heal your team. It recharges extremely fast, and it's a better source of healing than damage.

Shes good but a dva shuts her down a lot which means she gets used even more. So somehow go from a mercy being in every game to a dva being in every game... fun. Doomfist fixes will be interesting,

any league player or somebody on their actual team?

That's pretty common for esports teams, they only allow one person to stream at a time so they don't conflict with each others viewers. For example: EG does this in DOTA 2
