You just have to plan around it realistically. Group goes in knowing it's 18 on 6 off with an 8 hour sleep day on Sundays.

What happened is I pushed him to the brink of rabid insanity with repeated "off topic weekend" passes. I can only assume he complained a bunch at Lightning Lord Rule who was not having any of it.
