Then there's no reason for the MMOG subforum anymore - again, that isn't hyperbole. There's nothing left.Sometimes it's better for all to put things out of their misery, than to let it die a slow meaningless death.

I'm sorry I just don't buy the idea that it's this poorly executed idea or nothing at all. Maybe it isn't the old guard who will make the game we want, I would probably be best if we got some fresh blood making an MMO as long as they don't have a background in Marine Biology we might have a shot. Then there's no reason for the MMOG subforum anymore - again, that isn't hyperbole. I hope so to. First we need to get an article......Lets hope tomorrow the article gets us to 200k+ ....night gang
Do not want. My dream game is a little different from most of the folks here. I'm not a fan of raiding, people talk about how balancing for PvP distorts the PvE game, I think balancing for raiding screws up the grouping game.If funding is met even tad gets to be on the neckbeard board of advisers he keeps dreaming of for playing Vanguard to middle levels.
either way, good times will be hadTo be very honest to you guys, I have a bad feeling about this pcgamer interview for whatever reason...
Why ? I mean , it's been peachy so far, how could it possibly go wrong ?To be very honest to you guys, I have a bad feeling about this pcgamer interview for whatever reason...
i agree with you. i want to pledge (and probably will) but at the same time i want to see some concrete information on the game, especially the combat. i honestly do want this game to succeed, and not just barely get to $800,000, but to hit that $6.7 million so we can get everything in the game that should be in there at launch. i don't know if that's possible at this juncture, but i'm rooting for it to happen, and quite honestly, everyone here who wants this game should be as well.Okay, what else is there? There's no probably be better or fresh blood maybes involved. There's nothing. You have EQN, and that's it for the next decade. That's the bottom line. There's no discussing if, ands, buts. If you're holding out hope for a 'surprise hit', that's less likely than this KS coming to fruition.
Here's your"surprise hit"while it might not have a PC Gamer interview at least they meet the requirements to be listed on Greenlight which is more than Pantheon can say.Okay, what else is there? The submission will require:
A square branding image (similar to a box cover) to represent your game in lists and search
At least 1 video showing off your game or presenting your concept
At least 4 screenshots or images
A written description of the game along with the tentative system requirements.
assuming he went with PC Gamer bc of his history with them?PC Gamer called McQuaid one of the "Next Game Gods" in its November 2000 issue, believing that he would eventually become one of the industry's most influential game developers.I see no PC Gamer article , that turned out to be good decision to hold back information in a limited time Kickstarter for a 90's game mag website.
are you just trolling? Here's your"surprise hit"while it might not have a PC Gamer interview at least they meet the requirements to be listed on Greenlight which is more than Pantheon can say.

They aren't doing him any favors right now by failing to publish their article 2 days late(and counting). He would have been better served not doing exclusives with outlets like that and make the kickstarter page the best place to find new exclusive information about the game. Hopefully he's learned that from this debacle and will do that going forward.assuming he went with PC Gamer bc of his history with them?PC Gamer called McQuaid one of the "Next Game Gods" in its November 2000 issue, believing that he would eventually become one of the industry's most influential game developers.
I'll run a kickstarter if Pantheon fails with some kick ass lore, a video set to Backstreet's Back and more physical swag than you can shake a baseball bat at. You think BB will mind if abuse their copyright?Okay, what else is there? There's no probably be better or fresh blood maybes involved. There's nothing.
