Like I said we can't donate through official channels and no one we know wants it. I'm not big on Craigslist but of any of you know someone who need it in northern CA let me know and it is theirs. I believe in its healing potential but it is also sticky as fuck so I couldn't imagine using it as lotion.

So one thing I would guess from the information that you have given is that your daughter is smart as fuck, and knows how to act with specific people, and she chooses not to do that in the classroom. It might be autism, it might be ADD, who knows what, but there might be medication that helps her manage her own behaviour. There's a solution, man. Be exhaustive in your attempts.
It's almost certainly multiple things, and I'll ban bet that she ends up on some kind of ADHD medication. Probably Atomoxetine (Strattera) since it's not a stimulant. Autism and ADHD both have a really high comorbidity rate. My guess is ODD + ADHD, which would be treated by ADHD med + therapy. Unless I missed it, I haven't seen Chaos mention any of the particular autism spectrum tells like obsessive/compulsive behavior, extreme distress whenever a routine changes, or significantly abnormal development of verbal communication.

You can trust this diagnosis because I completed a fellowship in Internet Medicine and I'm applying for an attending position.

Can't blame you for asking the things gott huge and awesome, unfortunately apparently if anyone but the baby touches them "it hurts" so you would probably get hit by here if you tried. I know breast feeding is way better for the baby but man I miss my two friends.

I have no idea why you guys are skeeved out about breast milk anyway. You gladly drink the milk of a goddamn cow but won't latch on to your own wife's titty and grab some warm milk? What the fuck is wrong with you guys?
Uhh huh. Uhh huh.

You ever had billy goat milk?

Awesome shoe last night. No real hiccups back at home. He went to bed a bit later than normal but didn't wake up screaming oe anything.

Got home and I was actually looking forward to waking up so I could get some snuggles in. Normally I'd be all pleeeeez go back to sleep! But after those few hours I missed the little guy.

Definitely needed sleep last night so thankfully when he did wake he was easy to get back to bed. Then my wife let me sleep in. Finally some real rest in my than 3-4 blocks. That shit was taking its toll on me.

Overall successful night out.

So I leave for the week on business and my kid is slowly putting his hands in front of him to crawl. Get back at the end of the week? He's like a speedster.

Sigh.

Decided to finally sleep train the baby this weekend went pretty well. Easier than the last since this one sucks his thumb and can self sooth. for some reason, maybe because he did more crying he also decided to sleep through the night. Hopefully that keeps up.

She kind of has some autism markers, but there is so much overlap with these things, who knows. She didn't start speaking until 2, she had hearing problems and had tubes put in her ears to correct that. She does a rocking thing that worries the psychologists but they didn't say why.

I have to schedule with an occupational therapist to get her screened for sensory processing issues. They are also worried that she doesn't engage a lot with the other kids, I'd keep what all of these things mean when put together.

Stereotyped behaviors. These may include body rocking and hand flapping.
From WebMD of Autism symptoms, I'd guess that's why it worries the psychologists. Hell I'm 33 fucking years old and I still catch myself doing it sometimes. The lack of socializing with other children is another symptom. So she's probably on the spectrum, but you can be on the spectrum without having Autism. I'm gonna stick with my ODD + ADHD diagnosis.

Do you mean she started talking when she was right around 2, or was it more like 2 and a half? Cause 2 years is like the upper range of normal but not cause for worry. 2 and a half is a significant development delay.

Tred a few weeks ago we went to the movies and it was our first time out too. My wife was checking her phone every 30 seconds, I didn't really care too much. Maybe it's because she (and you) are the primary caretakers.

Was solo last night again, this time he went right down and stayed aeep. Was nice to just relax again, especially since I have a job interview Monday.

It was two, she had tubes put in her ears at about 20 months because the delay was significant enough that it prompted a hearing test which came back with her hearing being severely impaired due to fluid buildup. So they put in tubes to drain the fluid and keep it drained and her speech immediately took off, so the Drs were pretty certain it was due to the hearing.

My son just potty trained himself outta nowhere. Just asked to pee and poo on the toilet all of a sudden. Been doing it for two weeks now.
