I am going to keep on truckin for now. But I think the current problem is that all of the +big dick damage and +big dick stun buildup is tied to Two handers. But all of the bleed shit is tied to DW and presumably swords and stuff that isn't in yet.

I am going to continue on my plan of stun buildup, armorbreaking, and womping. It just takes awhile to hit its stride.

Going to start a Merc soon though. First league will absolutely be a ranged something lol.

I really think they fucked up with slow attack animations to mimic Dark Souls style attacks. It doesn't feel right in ARPG at all.

Yes, and I was really happy with it, but I had a 2hander drop that was too good to not use, and am now fully invested in the slow 2h part of the tree. I may start another warrior and do DW. Probably faster and cheaper rather than respecing into something that might not be as good as it felt.

The retard was spamming totems (that don't really do damage quickly) and meleeing with sword and board. Anyone who has room temperature IQ recognized that SB warrior doesn't do enough damage to justify it and dumped it for two handers.

I was going to go Chrono and spam big CD abilities but...

Actually you want to auto trigger big non CD spells via cast on freeze/shock/burn.

Freeze with Comet seems like the meta and is what I'm doing (lv50, Cruel Act 1).

The other spec lets you proc a storm on crit that procs freeze or other elemental effects.

I was a sad bitch, too. :(

I wanted a "Knight" character. ( Paladin comes later ). I knew the damage would be lower than dual-wield or two-hander (obviously) but I didn't expect it to be retarded low. *sniff*

I got a monk of chayula to act 4 and picked the breach flame nodes. Even with the double duration/effect i wouldn't reccomend it, atleast not as a quarterstave melee monk. Wish i went invoker.
So i'm not surprised if chonk ends up the least played. Chronomancer atleast has spell caster dna (and i think so far before everything gets figured out most people probably play the "suggested" builds) and spells>melee.

The hipster build enjoyer in me wants to test out a Chayula monk with the Qstaff phys skills + all the added chaos damage available.

It's probably a terrible idea.

You will not use that without having a large amount of energy shield. The only type of damage that bypasses ES is Chaos which is solved here, Bleed is a physical ailment.

Keep in mind with your life at 1, you are going to have to scale stun threshold based on ES via the tree, there are a few nodes for that that will help as I have no idea if Chayula's amulet exists in this game. Its really not a beginner friendly node.
