Anyways, I managed to beat Sanctum Floor 4 and the boss. Had 7500 Honour and 80% Resist. Took maybe 300 dmg up to floor 4 and on floor 4 I finished with 715 Honour left...
The boss was no joke either, mainly mechanics fight with the added stress of losing Honour.

Went in on a level 79 one, absolutely killing it until I hit some bug with the 50% more mob health and the -30% mob health boon. It appears to multiple boss health by AT LEAST 2.
So I at one point had like 8300 honor/max resist. After fighting 7mil hp scorpion lady I was down to about 3.5k on the 4th floor. At the end before boss I was at 704 honor. I had one shrine to regain honor left BUT I had the boon to get a random boon when I hit a shrine. So not only did the shrine with all bonuses get me up to 2600ish, but it didn't matter, it gave me invulnerability.
I can tell you this, the fight isn't that hard and because I could take DAMAGE but not lose honor I could test his damage. I think with buffs and everything I had 3300 hp and the most his big hits did to me was maybe like 700 damage, maybe. Talking 1-2 times the entire time when I got frozen in some uh-oh shit and it did 1/4 my hp. The little balls do somewhere between 10-50 damage each, MAYBE and less honour than that I assume.
Because of whatever hp bug is happening, my Temporal dude had, I shit you not, somewhere between 12 and 15 million hp. My build does like 75k dps probably and builds stuns quite fast. I never stunned him. Not once. The amount it would take to stun a normal map boss did maybe 1/10th of his bar. It was absurd. I had constant uptime because I'm minions and the running tally had him at like 4 million before his first clock phase at ~65% hp. Hp scaling bug aside, he's got some hidden Damage Reduction bullshit and omega ailment threshold. Basically I don't think a CoC/CoF/CoS would be able to do shit to him.
The 4th floor boss should absolutely be a no-honour-lost type of deal. They need to make ramp his damage a little, but going through the absolute shit hole that is floor 4 should be trial enough. Just have your excess honour if you beat him convert to water/keys directly. The boss himself makes a lot of sense and even gives a break (maybe permanently) before his clock phase where you can just chill and gather yourself and if you have recharging flasks lettem run. He, like some other bosses, you CANNOT PAUSE and I think that's mainly because his clock phase you've just got to plot a non-retarded path and if you paused it, it'd be beyond trivial.
Sanctum loot is nuts, but they definitely need to dial some shit back if it's the defacto 4th ascendancy. The proj monsters in it can be absolutely retarded and I'm not 100% sure, but FOR SOME REASON YOUR ATLAS PASSIVES ARE APPLYING TO IT.

On the plus side I got a lot of waystones, but that shit is definitely bugged.
