Don’t forget you can just craft with your stuff. Don’t overpay for mid gear. It’s easy to buy a magic item or a 3 stat item with resists missing movement speed or life etc and slam an exalt on it, and save yourself 15-20 ex in return. esp as exalt prices go up. This is why ex as the baseline trading currency is so much better. In poe1 chaos was basically just money (or map sink) as no one actually used it for crafting

I don’t even understand why people want divines, there’s no meta crafting that I’m aware of. I guess stuff like adorned, really high end item rolls, on expensive uniques? It’s very niche. don’t get caught in the bubble. Ex is always useful. You can transmute/regal/ex your way to amazing gear honestly

What makes melee even less desirable is that with decent gear and skill setup there's no glass, it's just cannon. You even have a choice of ways to make yourself nigh-unkillable since both ES stacking with Grim Feast (and maybe CI) and EB+MoM are effective.

Red line would take a turbo retard to follow. The most reasonable path is almost always left hand/right hand maze approach. I drew the worse of those paths here, cause obviously left hand would be better.
That said, I do think maps are about 25-30% too big. They need to have a mount you can use when no enemies are nearby or something similar that makes you super fast where there's no reasonable chance to encounter a fight.

yeah,frost bolt is super effective at freezing. accell to get it off screen. scatter shot, for spread. faster cast to not slow me down as much. (wish there was better options here, but its what we got atm.) im 4link atm. 5 link opens things up a bit.

frostbolts off screen. strong freeze. if i had enough spirit for archmage+clarity+cast on freeze frost walls, I would. (and blink... and grim harvest..)
that said, manual frost walls, and bombs as needed. popping walls does massiv aoe damage/freeze. frost walls cast DIRECTLY on medium or larger nemies instantly pops them for massive aoe damage.
frost boltcan be massive dps itself in the right situation. "aka" if the enemy is up against a wall, and the frost bolt impacts shotgunning aoe.
coldsnap is .5s base cd. so can be spammed. consumes the freeze of your target, but can chain freeze. the rest, if not using elem focus. esp if it pops walls.

There’s gonna be a huge divine crash. There’s just not a good use case to hoard thousands of them. exalts far more useful for crafting unless I’m missing something. The whole point of divines in Poe was meta crafting , stuff like suffixes can’t be changed etc. crafters would need thousands of divs for that process. Who the fuck is gonna burn thousands of divs tweaking a few roll values? market manipulation is happening don’t be a sucker

Hi, turbo retard here. I constantly get made fun of for hitting dead ends in my groups. In fact, I've kind of made it statistically impossible to not go the right way it's almost a talent. I do wonder if GGG put "tells" and landmarks like they did in poe1 campaign.

Actually, there is a bit of a log. Unfortunately it doesn't really have a long enough history to be completely useful. As Gravel said, if someone is reorganizing, or dumping a bunch of waystones for example, that will pretty much fill up the log. And I'd have to be paying attention and/or be notified to check it soon after any potential shenanigans. So it is essentially just hoping no one is being a prick.
Unfortunately the site is borked right now it seems so I can't show you guys what it looks like. They keep adding stuff for guilds so maybe eventually it will have a longer retention.

Honestly wish they would just copy paste the AH used in World of Warcraft with some small changes as needed for spam control and currency. I imagine they would keep a lot more players if they did this. I usually finish the main quest(In this case 2 times), do a couple of maps and then just stop because I do not have the patience for the current trade system. I am positive I am not alone.

I wonder if they're going to regret letting heralds(specifically ice and thunder) scale so easily. Not that I don't mind, I love me herald chain pops. I can't wait to applyrepurchase all the herald MTX I already own!
But, it seems like an incredibly obvious mistake to remake. In PoE1, you have to invest heavily to make heralds a worthwhile clear strategy.

A huge step in the right direction would be an icon on the item you could press to pull up the site with the mods already filtered out. Third party apps can do this stop out sourcing qol to people you don't pay.
