The quality drop every zone change is noticeable and confusing. Hope they listen to the player feedback and make this game as great as ACT 1’s first play through was, all the way to end game.

i'm sure some one posted a guide like 100 pages ago, but i just got to mapping and i wasn't sure of advice/break down. I had heard that ++waystones was good. I keep hearing that rarity on gear is dope. is it good to get it on the atlast to alleviate the strain?

ultimately i'm wanting to do more breach and delerium. (or at least i did on the old game). prefer more pack size to feed the hexblast. tho if it's a better idea to go another way i'd love to hear it.

Remember Precursor tablet exist and can be modified. You want breach ones.

Start with this atlas. By the time you get to 30/30 points you can drop #1, and respec top right

MF on gear is mandatory but on your journey up to tier 15 focus on survivability > damage > mf

Start with just breach to get your points, then just delirium to get those points, by the time you get all of them you will be strong enough to do both (both is real rippy this game). I also recommend when you start doing both to unspec the Deli tree completely expecept keep "You just cant wake up from this one" till you get strong enough to really max the juice. Sustained Siege in the Breach tree may not be required for your Hexblast, its not for me but this is my second char and I was fortunate currency wise, so I have no frame of reference. If you do need it just drop Grasping Hands till you dont.

All of this combined is a long journey, but Hexblast is fun.

its wormblaster. its always wormblaster.

frostwalls might be poe2's wormblaster. since you can hit them. they do not count as "enemies" however. don't proc fork/chain,etc.

but you absolutely can proc cast on crit via them.
you can snakepit/fireball/etc into them.

The more I play around with maps the more the cracks really start to show. So much shit in this game is fucking tedium for the sake of being tedious and gay, and it isn't even for microtransactions because they don't really sell a solution for it.

The whole run shit taps to go to shit towers the build good maps? My question is fucking why? Why do we even need this fucking towers or precursors why not just make maps not trash and let us blast more monsters? Why is every tower filled with the 2 gayest mobs in the game, the phasing faggot ghosts and the retards who throw frozen dick frisbees at your face?

Why are wells retarded, they should auto fill in town and wells should be something that from time to time appear on maps.
Why do I need to take items from my stash to for currency to put in my hand to buy from a vendor in my own fucking hideout?

Like many problems in these types of games 99% of it would be realized and solved if the Devs had to sit down for a week and play their own game as a player would.

As others have said the game is pretty damn polished at Act1 and then there is a constant decline as your progress deeper and deeper, again knowing this is early access I am hoping all this shit could simply be polish for the game but GGG is going to see a pretty massive drop off from the casual dad gamer crowd if they don't streamline some shit that really has no business requires 15 extra steps that are redundant, gay, stupid, retarded, and queer.

It's funny, because everyone repeats that GGG didn't just want to remake PoE1 with better graphics, and yet, PoE1 is a monster of a game and super polished, with tons of lessons learned. So they threw all that shit out the window to start from bare bones for some reason.

Yeah, PoE1 has a bloat problem and is super hard to get into as a new player, but that doesn't mean you have to throw away everything. You just fix a handful of things, update the graphics, and print money. Apparently that's too hard.

All this shit WAs solved in PoE1 which is the real concerning part.

Wells? Dont exist adn flasks auto refill in town / hideout
Precoursors? Were called sextants, were stupid and clunky and were removed
MF? Removed quant, doesnt effect currency so was more or less removed
Take currency out of stash? Nope dont have to do that either
Wanna blast monsters? Setup atlas, toss in some scarabs which stack in the map device and stay there and go go go

Like I know they wanted to slow shit down, but its pretty obvious they had no idea how and made the laziest, tedious, punishing for no reason (1 portal Pinnacles? wtf), annoying (picking up breach shards, artifacts, deli shards etc WHY?) ways to do it that everyone hates it.

HEY GUYS HERES DODGE ROLL ITS FUCKING SUPER IMPORTANT SO USE IT! Oh btw map monsters are turbo speed so dodge roll does fucking nothing kthxbye.

They could've spent time creating in game guides/quests/encyclopedias for all the existing systems and probably used a fraction of the resources. Besides wsad movement, 2 offers nothing new and regressed the game in almost every other way.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Btw theres a lively discussion in the discords with the high speed spark runners starting to create and share spreadsheets that gold drop is considered an "item" and Rarity is effecting it changing it to actual currency drops so not only will rarity get you better currency drops (ie. divines) you will get more of it.

Dodge roll being trash versus speed/aggressive mobs is a critical design flaw. If you don't want people to dodge roll through bosses that's fine but you can't have it be a core mechanic and then also be ass versus speedy/aggressive packs of normal monsters of which there are many. At the minimum it needs to phase through monsters. I also have a fix to their "but then you would just dodge roll everywhere" problem that made them make the second half suck dick. Brace yourselves. If you dodge roll and an attack that otherwise would have hit if you were not mid-animation instead misses you get a little speed boost and do not suffer that shitty slow down on the second half. Have the character do a little flash to indicate you should have been hit but the roll stopped it.

Since I picked this back up I've just been tinkering with some alts. Actually pushing content interests me not at all. I know people have bitched about ascendancies plenty but fuck they're horrible to have to do on alts. It's like paying a tax on every fresh reroll. Horrible.

Gold is in place of loot in Kalguur. Having it also be in place of currency in PoE2 is wild.

It's fine to put this feedback on the PoE Forums but I don't understand going deep into maps and getting mad at the game.

They will start patching things in January.

I'm going to try a few characters and builds before comitting and by then there should be some updates.

Just trying to quickly progress through the campaign on a couple chars to try a couple different things out they're such fucking detours. Hell, just the time to get the first two done and unlock all the gems is unreasonable for this being the beta.
