Not sure where I read it, I have been reading a lot because I never played PoE1, but you can trigger earthquake early by using the totem ability on the same spot as your earthquake.

damnit... failed first trial due to first path giving "hemmorage" cant restore honour. before knowing whta honour even was. and was just chipped to death... went into boss with 20honor... still got him to 20%...
then was walking up to him again, in the second attempt and.... server goes down.
Kicked back out to start AGAIN.
edit. nope. it kicked me out ot town on log in, but actually going back into the trial, skipped to the area I was last.

You do completely shit damage if you don't do a stun buildup priming mobs to stun then a big attack like rolling slam or earthquake or something that amplifies it.
Total wet noodle warrior if you don't do that. The trouble is in Act 1/2 that getting surrounded leaves poor opportunities to do this and you can't roll through mobs (wtf?). So you have to run around like a faggot until you're in the right position. Also moving slow makes it gay.

I'm assuming he means use rolling slam or just your regular melee attack to stun enemies and then use bonebreaker or whatever its called to fuck them up. That ability sucks on its own so you have to use it on a stunned enemy to do any damage, and it can hit other mobs in range too.

WASD is not conducive to combo skill play. I don't want to hit multiple skills while moving and while aiming. MMOs get away with multiple skills because you select a big fat target.
Started a poison ranger because I was planning on going poisonous concoction. Damage feels really low and the clear sucks. I have all these exalted orbs and nothing to use them on as I don't have any regal orbs nor any rare bows. I've used all my transmute orbs and augmentation orbs.
Boss fights are exhausting. Not difficult, exhausting. Not a fan.
Dodge roll needs phasing. And probably some iframes. I can't imagine being melee in the current game.

I did Witch with minions. Worked good all act 1 but in act 2 the minions can hardly stay summoned before they get wiped by bosses. So zero DPS in between all the dodge rolling.
Will try something else, cant continue playing and being annoyed.

Switched to controller and it's much better with the new control system.
There will be some boomer gamers sticking with the button rectangles though.

Steam reviews are funny, currently at mostly negative and it looks like it's because of server issues for the early access. This is funny to me because I have never, ever, played an online game that did not have server issues at launch. Also, game hasn't launched yet, it's still in early access. People are fucking retarded and giving the retards a voice and connectivity through mobile internet devices has doomed us all.

Rolling slam sucks though. I don't like that skill at all. Or I need to learn to use it better.

Well my HC run lasted up until the first sub boss. That wolf hag ate my lunch. Warrior is fun though. I was trying to have club/shield, but man the dps was soooo fucking bad, I really struggled on the boss fights, with lots of deaths. Found a yellow Oaken Mallet and just eradicate things now. Rolling Slam to Bonebreak is so good now, (is that the right names? Fuck if I really know). I had to log off and get some beauty sleep last night at level 8, and in the graveyard but man I was faded. BTW what the hell is the respawn rate in the graveyard...also those ice spectres can fuck you up LOL.
Over all 8/10 so far. Can't wait to get some real power behind this guy.
