No they're fractures. Just some random mob in a Legion (I have 0 Legion spec) that probably had 4 AN mods.
All of them were worthless, but some of them were "good". Like T2 flat lightning on a penetration scepter base. Not god tier, but pretty decent for self starters. But it's not selling for a divine so it's WORTHLESS.
See? Even this guy who knows nothing about this game and only played for like a week knows more than you fuckwits. Imagine not knowing that loot filter icon meant it was fractured.
I am really liking this Inquisitor RF build but holy shit I need to work on defenses. It peels through content all the way to T16 so far, but occasionally BAM instantly dead.
I suppose, in this game, that is just about every build lol.
Edit - Except Lava Lake. Hopefully I can get lucky with a Vaal and add spawns and can get through it eventually..........
I wonder if there's merit to taking the different atlas passives that have generic modifiers for rares and bosses and just boss rushing the map over and over.
Xevy
you know what the fuck you're doing, get on it

Believe they removed that Atlas passive that allowed you to +1 rare modifiers this patch, most likely because of the AN system. For big rares shit I think people have established stuff namely as Legion as THE league, then some other stuff such as Abyss and Blight. Anything that can summon a lot of rares. Betrayal has a problem in that most rares spawned don't actually drop loot. From what I've heard Legion is the most rares possible for a specced league mechanic, I think Grimro has been on the train early so he might have some info on it. I just specced my normal Harvest, Essence, and Strongbox stuff for my own personal needs. I also have Alva and some Syndicate stuff because Alva Temples drop insane amounts of loot and double corrupt chambers are 50c each if you care to sell them. Syndicate is just for funsies because I like to Vorici white socket stuff as well as ID gamba Canes of Kulemak and Paradoxicas.
It would yea. It doesn't scale as hard you would expect it to though without using the actual vials with pre-filled monsters and all the atlas tree shit.
Kitava looks ridiculous when he's not attached to his pit, like the whole ass-half of him doesn't exist lol
I was told to never mess with that boss and one league I destroyed him over and over and over, and yeah he spawns loads of blue/yellow heralds iirc. They didnt survive too long nor did the souped up Kit, and yeah showers of high ilvl shit.
So I've been playing a Venom Gyre Deadeye this league and so far it's been pretty painless to 95. Damage feels really solid and I still have several upgrades that will push effective health and damage further. I also like it because it feels like a hybrid range/melee build (the whirling blades portion) as I do prefer melee over ranged builds.
The beefiest things I've done with it so far were making it to wave 23/30 in a Simulacrum; couldn't take Kosis out with these modifiers.
I also had a super spicy essence in a lake that I think I only killed because it couldn't hit me.
One thing I've done with the Atlas skill tree is use it as extra gear. These nodes helped a ton IMO:
Wellspring of Creation
> -25% damage taken, +50% mob HPS
Packed with Energy
> +1% resist all, +35% damage, +15% movement speed for each voltaxic vein in your map
Syncretism
> 30% increased shrine effects; shrines grant a random additional effect
Supplication
> your maps have an additional shrine (there will always be at least 1)
> you also get +75% shrine effect duration on the way to get this one
By having this, I can add Niko either through Scarab or the map device if I need an extra boost. You can also leave the shrines up and round back to use them for things like metamorph or legion encounters to squeeze the most out of those and die less.
Definitely loving the shrine atlas mods too, favorite lucky roulette so far was invuln + gloom (the purple aoe bomb?) on a 24-30 some odd lockbox + delirium portal + extra loot drop procs + 20 exiles. It was raining loot, shitty loot, but still a ton of fun.
I wish I paid more attention to what I was actually killing. I've had 7 6-links and 31 red maps drop off single mobs at different points and no clue what combination of shit caused it. Most of the time it's garbage like 20 flasks or 20 other crappy items that just clutter the screen even worse then before in the middle of a fight where i have to worry about getting 1 shot by lightning dudes or magma balls though,
There's some wild shit this league. The slower proj stuff is pretty funny/broken. Relic of the Pact is back and people are synergizing it with Rathpith for omega damage. I did some testing with Rathpit and Necromantic Aegis and can, in fact, confirm that your spell casting minions will take themselves to 1hp PRETTY fucking fast.
What's neat about it is you SHOULD still scale spell/crit damage off the PLAYERS health. So if you had something like invuln skelly mages they'd have omega spell damage and crit modifiers before they eventually kill themselves. I'm not sure I care to test it as I've never done skelly mages before and I'm not sure I give enough of a fuck stacking omega hp on a summoner then doing the mages/fleshcrafter setup just to see if it works or not.
