I logged into PoE 1 today because I had a mystery box left I never opened. Got a decent character effect. Anyway the few minutes I was in game to see how it looked it really stood out how much smoother things werwe not to mention the speed of my character which is a fast character but it was like wow turbo speed lol.

I only got on the waiting list for the event.

I was actually hoping the slower, methodical combat from early campaign would stay through the whole game. Figured this way both games would have their place, but no, pretty much all successful POE2 builds are zoomy / full-screen clearers.

Now that I beat Arbiter on monk, I switched some stuff around to try out the meta "charged staff" build. Basically put thunder skills on Herald of Ice, and Ice skills on Herald of Thunder. Damn man this made maps like 500% quicker not to mention way safer. Wish I knew the reason behind it but yeah this is night and day from what I was playing and with zero gear upgrades.
