The new necromancer MTX is glorious. I am running 3 specters, 8 zombies, and 16 raging spirits.
Also I seem to only use fire towers and only fail 1 out of 20 tower defense encounters. Like only fire and nothing else.

How do you see anything in the tower encounters with that many minions plus the stuff the tower is doing?

I can't see shit once it gets going. Including the towers or where to click to operate the tower. I can see the layout in the minimap but that's about it. On both computers/video cards. See the same on several streams as well. Just a blob of shit.

Didnt realize a new league was out. Thought about WoW classic, got 2 characters lvl 5 and thought to myself "I cant fucking do this shit again". Super glad the new league is out.
Watched Mathil's video of the t5 map, guessing they are going to scale back the graphics for the events significantly.

Slave driver spectres are great, specially with a Victario's Charity and Unending Hunger
I need to check these blighted maps, i have a few already that i havent touched yet. I'm only on T6 since it's still early league but damn i can literally just phase run + flask through the map and everything just melts lol
edit: LOL i just saw how much that Unending Hunger is going for. I had one drop shortly after i got the spectre skill gem

Blight issue fixed. I had an old drive installed in the computer that I was getting some data off of for a company that was used to control a CNC burner that was probably 15 years old. I installed PoE late one night and I accidentally installed it on that drive lol. The blob was shit slow loading. Just massive potato mode. I reinstalled it to my SSD today. Now I see actualy characters. It was listerally just blobs of one solid color loading. I didn't know what the issue was. But apparently the streamer I was watching has a massive potato computer as well.
Now I'll see about getting out of act 1.

I think that there is a new wand base that rolls minion modifiers so you can chaos spam that I guess. Bound fossils roll minion mods on items aswell. If you don't know how check a guide on crafting/fossils on youtube.
Your masters also have some minion mods if you get the recipes.
Crafting something pretty decent for minions isn't as bad as crafting something like a bow or a specialist item for a build. Minions are pretty generic.

i got an early tabula rasa, so the AOE range and attack speed on Slave Drivers with:
Spectre -> Spell Echo -> minion damage -> Increased area of effect -> controlled destruction -> elemental focus (plus the unending hunger jewel & a victario's charity) make their lightning tendril attacks like 30+% of the screen...and they attack unbelievably fast lol
I haven't tried the Kitava herald myself but slave driver is just very, very strong
edit: I need to level concentrated focus support & lightning pen i think so i can swap that in for bosses later on

They do more damage and faster, so generally better once they get in range. Heralds do the ball from offscreen shit though so until you hit maps where they don't one shot shit it seems a bit pointless to change imo(I'm around T10 atm and it's still fine). Does also depend on how you're scaling their dmg and stuff too, heralds are mostly phys(the leap is half fire conversion), while slave drivers are pure lightning iirc.
