52+6+8+11 = 77/64 = 1 13/64 inchquickly hoss, 13/16 of an inch + 3/32 of an inch +1/8 of an inch +11/64 of an inch.
Show us the superiority of imperial and non base 10 decimals!!
WHAT A TWIST! If only someone had said that on the last page ....You are just more comfortable with imperial units because you were though how to use them in school at an early age. It has nothing to do with it being a simpler/better system.
LOL at the Bad dog part.767.04 Dog owner's liability for damages to persons bitten.-The owner of any dog that bites any person while such person is on or in a public place, or lawfully on or in a private place, including the property of the owner of the dog, is liable for damages suffered by persons bitten, regardless of the former viciousness of the dog or the owners' knowledge of such viciousness. However, any negligence on the part of the person bitten that is a proximate cause of the biting incident reduces the liability of the owner of the dog by the percentage that the bitten person's negligence contributed to the biting incident. A person is lawfully upon private property of such owner within the meaning of this act when the person is on such property in the performance of any duty imposed upon him or her by the laws of this state or by the laws or postal regulations of the United States, or when the person is on such property upon invitation, expressed or implied, of the owner. However, the owner is not liable, except as to a person under the age of 6, or unless the damages are proximately caused by a negligent act or omission of the owner,if at the time of any such injury the owner had displayed in a prominent place on his or her premises a sign easily readable including the words "Bad Dog."The remedy provided by this section is in addition to and cumulative with any other remedy provided by statute or common law.
Yes but I mean criminally liable. You think the people who have fucking killer packs dogs running loose in the neighborhood aren't judgment proof?Aren't they civil liable for what the dog do already?

LOL at the Bad dog part.
You really think a traffic accident involving necessary transportation is the same thing as a pet capable of killing people on its own which the owner fails to restrain?Same way people who hit people with their cars don't go to jail. And they hit lots of people.
Civil liable I'm all for it, criminal liable, of course not. I didn't do anything.
Drivers that hit people/cars who were grossly negligent (drunk, texting, etc) while driving are generally criminally negligent. If the person you hit dies it's called vehicular manslaughter, but Cad probably knows the nuance better than I. There's a big difference between a general car "accident", and one where the driver is getting a BJ and steers into oncoming traffic.Same way people who hit people with their cars don't go to jail. And they hit lots of people.

As long as you mean dogs running loose (which I am assuming since the article is about loose dogs), then that's cool. If you jump into my yard and get mauled though, fuck you. Maybe give me the medal my dog just earned for cleaning up the streets. "As if you did it yourself" is good phrasing too, that way there's a possible out if it can be proved the person was antagonizing the dog and you would have been within your rights to defend yourself in the same situation.Dallas examines loose dog laws after deadly mauling - Lakewood/East Dallas
If your dog attacks someone you should face charges as if you did it yourself. No exceptions.
