It takes a while to get into the swing of things. But a few weeks in you will definitely know the ebb and flow of battles and how they roll. Definitely a fun game. Many say the meta is broken in this game and I temd to agree, but fuck the meta. This shit is just plain fun when you get a good battle going, pushing pulling, defending attacking, 50 vs 50, 100 vs 100. No other game has this type of shit.
I love the alert system they added in. It basically concentrates almost everyone to battle for the same goals. You get a good alert going during prime time, you will see some good action.
My advice to you is when you log in hit P and join a platoon and roll with them, (open your map and you will see where they are at) listen to the leaders and follow people around. A medic is a good choice because you follow people around, heal them, rezz them, get tons of exp and learn how the game flows. Then when you get the swing of things, you can start branching out into other classes, take more of a leadership, front line role. You will also get to know the cool outfits and which one to join as a full time member.
