VS pit is a dumb camp, no one really exp's there when there is not a desire to hit VS- so I can see dont exp there, but other than that- bah... the little guilds are just sad they are not getting more than their hand out... the hand outs have made them hungry...but just for more handouts not to compete

i haven't been playing P99, but i know my old Blue guild (<Azure Guard>, Class R) just killed Trakanon the other day

The Classes aren't divided by small vs large guilds, it's more casual vs hardcore (basically having people able to log in at 4am to kill something).

Each class gets 33% solely for their guilds, and the other 33% is FFA (so mostly going to the three Class C guilds). Class R has a player agreed rotation so that even the smaller casual guilds can kill the big targets like Inny/VS/CT.

i think that's just for Class C guilds now^

Odd that Trak / VS is both C right now, when they were last killed by class C guilds. or am I not getting something?

Probably last killed them when they were FFA designated. It goes Class R -> FFA -> Class C -> etc.

The raid page on P99 is automatically updated by the server, the whokilledit.com is just some random dude updating it as he is able.

Aye, I think the last round of spawns was mostly FFA... the R or whatever guilds get their due in rotation...a rotation that they are finding out is dumb and provides little loot in comparison to their huge numbers of casuals. I logged on today and ran from BW to KC and killed a few mobs to get some exp into 60, chatted it up a bit and logged- its been almost a month + since I have been on :p

I caved in, and I'm an on as my Iksar Shaman in my teen levels, look me up as Patryarch. God my gear is terrible, except my chest piece: a friend lent me a fungi. Sure makes the early levels fun lol.

How are Class R guilds finding the rotation dumb? Most of them get 1-2 big raid mobs a week to kill with just the rotation, and guilds like BDA and Taken also get a good share of FFA spawns too.

As opposed to before the raid changes when only 3 guilds got loot at all.

Seems like a vocal minority more than anything. Besides like BDA. They're a bunch of crybabies.

I'm sure that most people are happy with the new raid rules including a good amount within TMO/IB/FE. Server population numbers have grown a bit too.

Why would BDA cry? They get the best of both worlds - a rotation and they beat the big 3 to a lot of FFA stuff too.

I guess - they were the biggest and strongest of the group of 8 or so "casual" guilds who wanted the raid scene to change, so obviously they took the lead and were most vocal.

If that were true, they would've quit a long time ago since they were farming for 4th or 5th alts. It's serious business winning on an EMU server, ya know.
