The "community appreciation" pulls are like...I don't even know. Seems like a random mishmash of decent stuff and...gryps rider. I currently only have done a single pull on my account (Neptune) and I'm seriously hurting for decent stuff, but still I'm not very tempted by this event.

I thought that was pretty funny that gryps rider was included. I wasted my 100 day stones (which I got today) on 2 pulls. I think that's 10 "godfest" pulls in a row without a god for me. I'm pretty much resigned to never getting any of the other gods I need at this point. No way I'm giving them any more money to get fucked on randomness.

Careful evolving the Green Odin...His team cost for awoken is like 40. Just make sure you have enough under the cap to utilize him still if evolved.

It's actually 45. Though you could cheat and just evolve him and then not modify that team AT ALL until you have the points. Can switch to the over-budget team before entering a dungeon. Someone here just pointed it out last page or two.

So last roll for the day after knocking out a few more dungeons with Isis: Echidna....yeah. At least that one is definitely useful sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the tip, I've got him on 2 teams i use pretty often for most at rank 67. I'll have to use that cheat on both of them since I'm at max team cost.

Can I use that trick for both Echinida and Highlander also? Both are ready to evolve. Would be pretty insane.

I would think so. You'll just get a little warning after each dungeon that your team is over cost=P

The event isn't a godfest. Drop rates are still horrible don't waste your stones.

There will be another godfest that overlaps this event....just wait.

Grim sent me some awesome tips to use a mono team with a survive at 0 hp lead which works everytime. Im sure you probably know it already but going to post it for the newbs like me. 4/4 today using his tip -

I'm using a lowbie ogre and 4 red dublits on one account, plenty of healing to get back up with Shiva. Can add a red samurai goblin if you want an orb switcher, but it's not necessary. Just have to be real careful. After you park orbs in the bottom corners start using the top corners and try to only do horizontal matches. Park 2 reds in each upper corner, vertically stacked, and try to only do a single 3match per round in the center. The fewer orbs dropping the less chance of accidents.

Even so you are gong to fuck up eventually and wipe everything out. It's not a big deal, strong guys only have 10hp, 2 consecutive matches will kill them so you shouldn't have to worry about double hits. Or if you have a real red mono team you can just out HP the hits, they only hit for 6666 so you should have some wiggle room even without resolve.

I would make an godin, enchida, vampire, cdk, keeper of the rainbow team as well before you start exploiting team costs. Has awesome def and HP.

I can use the same team as Mask runs right? Poison works?

Poison and shiva both work, I use 2 rippers shiva lilith and neptune with my STE as leader for orb swapping for heart matches to stall. Same team for masks or dublits, the dublit you must be a bit more careful from the standpoint that its very fast to wipe the waves compared to mask.

With my setup blue/dark strike 3 times each - so I just line up the bottom of the screen 2/2/2 then I stack 2/2/2 alternating blue over purple, then I slow match the green/yellow - and orb swap the reds every 5 for the 22 turns. Then just blow up the last 4 waves. When the screen fills up I just mass match to give myself space again. With the STE lead her auto heal deals with the damage in both dungeons trivially. If you had 4 succubus you can just stall 15 turns and poison each of the last 4.

It's not mine=P But as far as I know poison works.

Only real difference between masks and lits is the lits have lower HP and don't hit quite as hard. Makes it a little harder to stall but you aren't punished quite as hard for messing up.

Once you have a real team (one with more than 13khp or so), you can do it straight up, and it's pretty straight forward. My dark team runs between 13 and 26k depending on keepers and which friend I can get, but at that point, the dungeon is trivial.

Still doesn't make what you want drop more though.
