I consider it a solid investment. The last 200 slots were a late night rage purchase when I was chain farming the Thursday dungeon for those fucking plants.

Yes I know any spending on this is silly. Haven't put any stones on my accounts in two weeks though!

Hmm, finally got water dragon legend down on loki account - figured it was a hopeless cause given the only non black creature of note I have is viper orochi ( level 12 ;p ), but figured I'd give it a go with anubis/anubis. Took 3 attempts to get it down - any round that isn't a 10 hit combo is a 1shot and lose 50 stamina ;p

Given the experience with this, I can't imagine how anyone who isn't batman could use dual anubis effectively in a non tri-color. The only explanation is that DF is secretly bruce wayne ;p

A lot of us have long suspected he's bullshitting running dual anubis everywhere. On tri-color? Sure, 10x aren't that hard to set up as long as you've got most of the board grouped for cascades. But anywhere else? Man, I just don't see it.

Half tempted to try it with my Isis and an Anubis, but I don't see it being particularly effective, since without fail, I always fuck up the combos on the waves with shitty timers.

I do not run dual anubis for farming...

I run dual anubis to clear stuff I do not have a 0stone assured team for such as: Zues, Valk, some of the mythical dungeons. No reason to waste my time planning moves when I can sleepwalk through Hera or 2Heros with the right team setup...

You guys can believe me or not, doesnt make a difference to me.

To increase your success with dual anubis, you need to have delay and hp. Obviously you cannot get 10combo every turn... but if you go into the dungeon with 12,000 HP you can get hit on some rounds and not die... you can also prep the board making one match and move other orbs into position while giving your Rainbow Keeper and Echidna time to charge up...

Luckily, Zues and Valk are both LIGHT dungeons... allowing me to run Anubis/RK/RK/RK/Echidna/Anubis


As for running Isis/Anubis... I guess thats a way of hedging your bets on making the combo... but at the same time, I am not sure if 30xdmg is enough to burn down the big bosses before they pwn you.

I started with Hades too, because he's listed in the starter gods section.

The reality is that he's a very slow starter. You're going to use a lot of other things as leaders for a long time, and he doesn't have a ton of synergy with a lot of other things. To top that off, Gravity isn't really that powerful at the start of the game, where monsters don't have a ton of HP anyway.

Where he really shines is mid to late game after you get him evolved. Ultra Gravity is really, really fucking good. And you can ultimate evo him to either 50 dark 50 light resist, or 60 dark resist (pretty much the best resist in the game).

I'm not annoyed that I started with him, but it took a LONG time to pay off. You are going to need to spend some stones on other godfests in order to get a better day to day leader if you want to stay sane. I had a rough time getting started and up to the technicals, by contrast, my alt account has Bastet on it, and it's a complete joke how easy she makes the early game.

Yeah I think his main value is as a high end team member, not so much a leader. The various gravity users are just so fuckin' useful on high end bosses. Add in the fact that he just ends up with really really good stats and he's not hard to like.

But yeah, sort of similar to Odin he's a rough starter that takes a long time to really pay off.

So thinking about where I am with teams now, and what to focus on. Will probably spend the weekend stamina progressing on technical and regular dungeons, would like to get to third tier and also find a good leveling spot.

Current setups:

6.25x Healer: Gvalk, Alarune, LWoTN, StE, EtRE, (GValk)
6.25x ADK: ADK, GED, MVD, CAD, CDD, (ADK)
Mono Dark: Duke Vamp, CDK, CDD, Master Ninja Hanzo, Awoken Hera, (Persephone / Duke / etc..)
Mono Light: Sun God Apollo, Awoken Zeus, Verche, GValk, Archangel, (ally)
Mono Green: Hunting Deity Artemis, ADK, Ceres, Chu Chu, GVE, (Artemis)
Horus: Horus, Awoken Hera, Awoken Zeus, Neptune, Artemis, (Horus)

I really don't have a start to a red team or blue, and most of the stuff that is evolved is low level. Appreciate any inputs.

Well, running some numbers, Bowmore master (where I'm stuck on because I don't have a Neptune) has 403336 armor and 37206hp. A 10 combo on a green would mean I need to burn down 440542/60 = 7342 raw green damage. You can hit that pretty easy with a green ripper or an ADK.

The real problem would, again, be the fucking chimaeras, which would require a bit more, but you could at least spread it out over your team. As long as you had Echidna, it seems that it's doable. Time to find someone with an Anubis up.

The healer girls team is probably better off than the ADK team for beating dungeons as you get lots of utility and recovery but a little less burst due to cooldowns.

If you are looking for farming spots for xp:
Hyperion Lava Flow, Oceanus Falls and Kronos Forestround 3 is over 500sta per xp... thats pretty damn good. They also drop higher level xp mats and King Metal Dragon. As well as going 1.5X drop rate.

So far, so good. Had to burn a stone when I ran up against 3 moltdras who decided to bind half my fucking team instead of attack, but I one shot the Chims on wave 5.

Okay, that took 2 stones because I couldn't pull a 10 combo on that bitch Bowmore...couple of 9's and an 8. (hah, counterattack on Anubis killed him). But, he dropped, so fucking good enough for me.

Yeah, I tried the same with dark, and a Thanatos lead, and ended up with about the same HP.

Unfortunately, jack shit for attack and RCV, couldn't heal shit back up fast enough.
