If you still have your easter present thing, those, paired with a friend 2x rcv/hp of the same color and a mono-color team, are probably the safest way to clear the mask/sprites. If you have a red one then you can pair him with shiva and also be very safe.

When you say Persephone is maxed do you mean Hell Queen Persephone, or the 5* version is maxed and ready to evolve? I'd focus on evolving her if that is the case, because when evolved you're going to have to pump her up to 40'ish to get her up to equal stats (haven't actually checked the curves, just guessing). Same applies for anything really if you're going from 5* to 6*. Otherwise I wouldn't personally invest too heavily in the Ripper as they're good filler, I don't really think of it as a long term permanent sub in a mono dark team. The Dark Whiskey maybe, especially if it is max skilled. I'd get DDK evolved to CDK that way it is a good mono dark and ADK team sub. I also regret taking my Archangel Lucifer to 70, but oh well...
I run it with echidna in lead (in case i need to buy some time), persephone, and three lilliths. Then I take whatever for heals. It's pretty solid. I try to stall out the first floor to get the echidna and all the lilliths activated. I use one lillith per floors 3, 4, and 5.
