They apply to every woman. However, society, for literally thousands of years, had socially constructed, often religious, constraints in place (from stoning, to burning at the stake, to ostracization, to slut shaming) before those constraints were totally broken up by feminism and the sexual revolution. The fear of eternal damnation seemedsomewhateffective in curtailing hypergamy.

Serial monogamy is a part of sleeping around, by the way. It is less, to be sure, but there is a lot of women who go from relationship to relationship (~2-6mo) in duration pretty consistently. I know many of them, if those are the ones you're referring to.

To your first paragraph, you're sitting here saying that their "limbic impulses" completely overpower rational thought and they WILL act on those impulses, regardless of what they know to be good for them. Now you're saying that social structures were able to keep them from doing it? Really? You don't get both. Pick 1.

To your second paragraph, your serial monogamy criticism goes completely against your entire "behave like an alpha, get bitches who are ovulating because its attractive to them" game. If they're serially monogamous 6 months at a time, THEY ARE NOT ACTING ON THOSE IMPULSES. They're having short but stable relationships where they are using their brains.

Again, pick 1. You're basically just going to sit here and say anything women do besides sitting in a convent waiting for Captain Dumar to rescue them from their stupidity is "hypergamy".

No, societycancurtail it to some extent, but never completely. History is our lesson. People will still try and do fulfill that impulse, but it'll be much less at the threat of literally torture or death.

There's a reason it's called serial monogamy. It's thenot quite slutsluts. They're certainly not as bad, but again, you've got these women who are close to 30 who've literally been in something like ~15 or more relationships in the past 10 years or so.

You say they all turn into sluts after 30 but they get married at 28. Wouldn't they be slutting it up before that, why slut it up from 14 - 27, take a break for 3 years, and then start cheating and slutting it up again?!?!
