On the topic of US localization, that one is a pretty good example too. The american cover makes it sound like it's some sort of Charles Bronson vigilante thing, where an upstanding citizen got past boiling point and go clean the streets, but when you see the screenshot, you realize the main character is abosozoku, a member of a biker gang, just like the people he fights against!
