Up at 5am this morning to get the aromatics under the turkey. Noticed all my guests from dinner last night drank the incredibly expensive vodka I had saved for cocktails tonight. Motherfuckers.

Just weighed it out. 2.3lbs of leftover turkey meat after all guests gone. Tine for some epic sandwiches.

With all the leftover bones, trimmed fat(soaked) and leftover gravy giblets, I will manage to just squeak out about 1.5 gallons of amazing stock to store.

Good shit my dude. I spent most of yestarday reading some really bad scripts and today doing wrote ups. Was fucking lame. Just wanted to lounge in bed playing games for the last few days.
