The cop made up no rule. Both person A and B are guilty of the same crime. Speeding is a crime. They're already breaking the "rule"; the cop is just enforcing it (i.e. writing a ticket to go into the system/before a judge). Same with the mods. You're person A who acted like a cunt and I told you to chill because you were acting like a cunt and you didn't listen. You got the raw deal out of the situation. Mods are just human beings. Cops are just human beings.
I'm sorry Scream... your logic is not computing with me. Please explain what rule the cop made up on the spot so I can follow what you're saying better. If you disagree completely that ON AVERAGE the person with a cooperative attitude will get a verbal warning and let go versus the stick-up-their-ass citizen given all other factors being the same, then you don't live in reality. Cop letting someone go based on good, cooperative behavior isn't making up a rule on the spot... it's them ignoring the rule (not speeding) already in place.

I get that you were banned because LLR said to stop and TOLD you what would happen if you didn't. In YOUR situation, there was no crime... that's why I defended your PoV.
In MY situation with the cops, there was a crime. To repeat: what I was telling Cad was NOT trying to draw a parallel to your situation... it was making a counterpoint to his point... it had nothing to do with you. You are conflating my post with your situation.

Except you're still FAR off base. You're trying to do the "This crime and THIS situation are different from THAT crime and that situation and im telling you there was no crime at all to begin with so then whole thing is moot...
It's what I struggle with when Lithose is unable to just read words.
There was no crime. I had the cops called on me for calling a dude a douche, cops showed up, I called them douches and the other guy a double douche and got booked.
Remember, guy was a douche to begin with. Take your bootlicking elsewhere.

Thanks scream. Yeah that's kinda what I expected of LA. It makes sense that it would be just as difficult in other big cities like nyc, and chitown. For right now that's probably something I'm trying to avoid.
