All official polls are supposed to be two weeks long.

Your reasoning is wrong. A month means this thread will be long forgotten by the time the results come in.

Its obvious which way theyre going after 24 to 48 hours.

Two weeks is an additional 10 to 12 days after that, which is plenty of time.

All youve done by making the poll a month long is ensured it will be halfway down this page before it closes.
