Be careful when doing Jump, unlike Sprint (no shill intended, I'll always give advice on what I think is good or not regardless of if it benefits Sprint or not, I'm just here for a check yo.) when you do another payment agreement with them, you are still on the hook for the price of the previous device. So you'll technically now be paying on two devices. Sprints Framily is nice because if you have unlimited data with them, you can upgrade every year and the cost left on the previous device is wiped clean and you just start from scratch on a new device. So I'm having a problem with my Galaxy S4. Entirely at random it decided it can't recognize the sim card and has to reboot. This can happen with it laying flat on a surface or in my pocket. I did a little research online and this seems to be a problem with the S4. I have phone insurance with T-mobile and was wondering if I should go through them and probably get fucked with some deductible or go through Samsung since it is still in the 1 year warranty period. Now I do have Jump with T-mobile for the upgrade things but I really like the phone and don't really see anything out there worth starting payments over again.
That said, sim card issues are problems with all devices, from iPhones (I see it more with them than any other phone honestly) to Samsung. I'd see about how you cna process a claim through Samsung for it personally. I'm not sure about that process because at Sprint since we have service centers we just swap it though our systems and then back end people take care of getting credit on the device from the manufacture for us.
