PSTH just tapped 28.50

Would be nice if it held over the 20D MA (28.30)

*edit* Increasing volume too

You knows is a SPAC free-for-all when SAII is in the green today. It actually broke $11 for a fleeting moment today.

Is SAII ever going to amount to anything? It's like the most consistently nothing-happening, NAV-hovering SPAC I check on.
I like data companies. I think data is this generations currency. They do connected car data and have contracts with companies. Otonomo is the company. I'm in around 11 or so a share. I'm willing to give it a couple of earnings reports to see how it shapes up. Like I said, I like data companies. It's why I bought NSH. Global Spire is a satellite data company. SAII may sit here for 3 or 6 months until earnings dictate otherwise.

For the most part it looks like the majority of SPACs I hold are holding above yesterday's lows which is a decent sign.

  • For example, Lordstown recently announced a 14,000-truck deal from E Squared Energy, supposedly representing $735 million in sales. E Squared is based out of a small residential apartment in Texas that doesn’t operate a vehicle fleet.
  • Another 1,000-truck, $52.5 million order comes from a 2-person startup that operates out of a Regus virtual office with a mailing address at a UPS Store. We spoke with the owner who acknowledged it won’t actually order any vehicles, instead describing the “pre-order” as a mere marketing relationship.
  • Yet another firm that is supposedly set to buy 500 trucks from Lordstown told us: “…The letters of interest are non-binding. It’s not like you’d obligate yourself to a pre-order or that you would contractually bind yourself to buying this truck. That’s not what they are.”

We should start a forum Spac, we could call it Fires Acquisition Group, now we just need a ticker... :emoji_thinking:
