meh, got tix at the fake-imax theater near me, the comfy atmos theater's website has been down since 9pm. Hopefully it comes back up and I can refund or switch the other tickets. I remember now why I don't fucking go to theaters in the evenings anymore, $42 for two tickets is goddamn robbery

That was fucking stressful. Managed to grab 8 seats for my closest friends and sisters family for Saturday matinee and then loop back in and grab the last 3 seats together for the 7pm Thursday showing at the best theater nearby. There was so much lag in between steps I was sweating bullets. All worth it for Star Wars.

Hope they show Vader wtf pwn people - if the cartoon was not for kids some of those encounters non censored / restricted would be awesome to watch - it would be good to see Vader as bad-ass as he should be - as in NewHope->Jedi he just kinda gets pwned, because reasons.

Just this past weekend when I told my very own brother that this was not a sequel to TFA but a movie about how the Death Star plans were stolen as a lead up to the original Star Wars movie and he was surprised.

That's how.

How many times have we seen Darth Fuckin' Vader already in either a trailer or TV spot?

It's almost as if the idea of a prequel has been erased from some people's minds on a conceptual level with this movie.

Wut? These posts make it even more confusing. How many death stars are there?

In episode 4 A New Hope, Mon Mothma or w/e her name is, when going over the plans of their attack on the death star she says, "many bothan spies died to bring us this information."

Ah, yeah, I did mix up/combine those two scenes in ANH and RotJ.

Even still you would think there would be bothans since they are notorious spies and they mention dead bothan spies from stealing plans in RotJ and TFA. Which is kind of weird in itself. If a race is notorious for being spies how do they get anyone's trust? Would like to see some bothan espionage in action.
