Bollocks Tenks. Most of us can discuss without whining because we are not completely biased towards one particular race. I don't even understand how people can be so bias about races in a game as you should not have so much invested into it (the race).

That might be a valid argument. I didn't see his games against Bomber, did he do the 4-6 oracle thing again? I feel MC's strategy is very wonky and will get deciphered pretty quickly with any amount of practice.
If it can't be, then oracles obviously need to be looked at. I do not feel that speed medivacs will get figured out. I think that it will become easier to predict but it will still be too powerful. Toss will be on a razer's edge for a whole game and that isn't right unless the other race is as well.

Valarian and Anduin being nearly the same character is also a bit meh.
As was the whole plotline with the Xel Naga artifact and what it does. So we are now led to believe that Amon created the artifact to absorb psionic energy preparing for his eventual return which was precipitated by the heroes gathering said artifact and you sell this concept by defending the artifact pieces with all your shadowy evil forces...

I mean it is one thing to invalidate and twist plotline from 10 years ago, but to retcon things from something you yourself wrote in the last 18 months seems a bit silly.

Did Bomber 111 every game? I'm not sure how great it would be against a standard non-WM drop strategy. I feel if Bomber did something like Flash's build where he goes 15gas Rector after 1 marine, Factory and gets mines out of a non-reactored Factory to defend the mineral line it wouldn't do a whole ton. But the build MC did is seemingly the answer to 111 Mines.

crux: He basically got BO win 3 times in a row and none of the games went past midgame, thanks to Bomber doing mine drops in g1 and 2 and then allined expanding Bomber in g3 on WW.
Yeah, MC's build is certainly NOT an answer, because if the mines stay at the terran mineral line, you lose oracles and the game. It's like when terrans did 1/1/1, protoss did this wonky 1gate phoenix/robo expand build, where it lost to standard 1base FE, but hardcountered banshees.

Maybe MC alters the build if the opponent doesn't do 111 like Bomber. Like maybe he cuts and expands faster knowing that with the map presence of Oracle + Phoenix he can safely be greedy for a bit.

Umm, Bomber did that but MC did the detection thing on the Oracles and used phoenix to pick up mines in the mineral line. No problem.
He played a game against MVP with the Oracle/Phoenix build when MVP did a FE. I think it was game 1. It seems like a couple missile turrets and a push across the middle wins it because MC had nothing at home. Oracles are neutralized pretty easily with a well placed mine or a turret. If you see a guy going 4 oracles, obviously you need more than 1 turret. I know 1 game against MVP he scouted a single oracle and didnt get attacked for another 4+ minutes so he should've known more than 1 oracle was coming.
In low numbers Vikings don't really do much to Phoenix I think MC has enough to defend his Oracle if Bomber made a Viking instead of medivac
I'm interested to see MC's PvZ style. Glad it won't be a TvT final. I think Life is going to beat MC, he is very good.
