I will link you one when I get home, I can't think of the name right now but I've been drinking the shit out of it all week and it's fantastic.Ok, can anyone recommend a nice red. Very sweet. About 30-50 bucks?
Best value beer around (at least in MN). Such a good beer, great example of the style, and it's cheap. The little store in my building stocks Old Rasputin. <3
Please to be viewing avatar. Kindly do the needful.I am more of a fan of Rogue Dead Guy is one of my favorite ales and Widmer Hefe is my favorite beer period. Iron Horse Irish Death is also fantastic in my opinion.
I do not see any of those where I live. I will keep my eyes out though!Widmer Hefe is decent but there are a lot of hefe's and belgian whites (real belgian whites, not that blue moon stuff) that are better in my opinion. Have you had Paulaner, Franziskaner or Weihenstephan? For American versions of the hefe Stoudts makes a really good one called heifer in wheat and Butternuts also makes a good one called heineweisse.
Favorite beer. Restaurant near has it on fucking tap year around.Green Flash West Coast IPA is top tier imo.
You're just a pussy. So yesI really don't understand why people like these really extreme IPAs. Is it a brodouche thing?
This happened to me somewhat. When I first got into beers years ago I thought the super hoppy shit my friend drank was disgusting and I stuck to stuff like Newcastle or Hoegaarden. However, as my friend slowly got me into hoppy beers I've found that the super hoppy stuff tastes great, and Newcastle, Hoegaarden, and other lighter/sweeter beers taste just plain watery to me now.I've had a couple of people tell me they can't enjoy non-hoppy beers anymore after adjusting to them. I thought that was weird. I still like a smooth lager or a malty stout.
