1.75 mL of Titos, 4 pack Sixth Glass, and a Prairie Sour that I've never had but reading about sours today made me want to grab one.

I toured a brewery right down the street from me last weekend called Funky Buddha Brewery. I had never had their beer before, but they had some pretty good stuff. I had their OP Porter and their Triple Lindey Tripel Hop. Both were exceptional.
They're awesome. They had a passionfruit berlinerweisse that almost made me move to be able to buy it.

Darkness day came and went this last weekend... and it was a shitshow. 10-15% more people than last year, 30-40% more beer "available" and the ran out wristbands at 5.00am. Well, technically, the people who got in line at 5am were the last set of people to get wristbands when they were given out. So many people, so much angst and anger. I'm pretty happy I didn't bother to head over at 5am with some friends (though I'm a bit disappointed I didn't head over at 4.30am with some other friends). I'm hoping I can find some from local "low-profile" liquor stores, but I have no idea what availability will be like.

They need to do away with these stupid days. Kate the Great day is the same exact way at Portsmouth brewery. I don't know why they can't brew it more often/make bigger batches so they don't have to have these absolutely awful one day release events. They succeeded in creating the hype train, now they should allow it to get out of the station instead of throwing dynamite on the tracks.

I went to Kate day once and I'll never go back because of how terrible the experience was. I'd gladly go to Portsmouth during limited release events if I had a one or two day window and didn't need to drive up there at 2 am just for a chance at it.

Bought some Pumpking and Warlock last night and made a pepperoni dip to go with it. It was a great evening.

Picked up 2 bottles on my way home, and I'm sure I'll find a ton more to go around. Pretty happy I didn't go up. I'd love to do Kate the Great day once, but if it's as bad as you talk about I really just can't give a fuck to get there.

which one?

They came into the MN market a year or so ago and now it's their biggest market (maybe outside their home market?). They just made a special imperial stout for the MN market (that I'm sure is rebranded for other markets as well).http://www.clownshoesbeer.com/cs_bee...a-loonidragon/

Clown Shoes has some great brews - Tramp Stamp, Muffin Top, Galactica & Billionaire are good. I'm not big on barleywines, but Billionaire is a treat

I had muffin top last week and it was pretty good. Clementine sells absurdly well around here.

I was lucky enough to grab two growlers of it on Friday (Arizona). Tasted awesome; 24 hour old beer.
