So are games on the pro that run at 1080p going to get a boost or will they default to standard ps4 mode or something like that? I assume all those older games with frame caps are still going to run like shit on a pro.

TR PS4Pro at 1080p will have "multi-pass rendering, better shading, PBR lighting, and more" compared to the stock PS4 ROTR. Still, I'd expect very few devs to put in the time to make a better PS4Pro version.

I am sad that Fallout 4 is not on the upgraded list, but It seems to be missing Skyrim Remastered which was confirmed somewhere else so here is to hoping!
How about Overwatch. People play on low res on PC and other on Ultra.

I've heard they don't want to have the pro perform better than the PS4 because it would give the Pro users an unfair advantage in games like BF1/Overwatch/destiny etc.
So I say wtf is the point if that's all you play? I mainly do single players on Xbox/PS4 and FPS on PC so I could careless and may upgrade for graphics but seems shitty for 24/7 PS4 MP guys.

Elder Scrolls Online is an online only multiplayer game. But no one plays that piece of garbage anymore so I doubt anyone cares.
With that said, it is pointless to upgrade to a PS4 Pro, and I will actually wait on Scorpio. Word of caution to everyone. The king of the generation (Sony) will fall to Microsoft this time around. Scorpio is going to destroy the PS4 Pro. My reasoning? This has been an ongoing generation war with the other victor being on top of one another the next generation. PS2> Xbox. Xbox 360 > PS3. PS4 > Xbox One. This cycle will repeat. Scorpio > PS4 Pro.
My advice is to just hold off until next year when Scorpio launches and Microsoft will be coming in full speed ahead this generation. Sony will get it's ass kicked, and then, as par for the course, Scorpio 2 and PS5 will launch, and Sony will destroy Scorpio 2. This cycle will Rinse and repeat for all time
Sony is trying to do these incremental upgrades and make that patch-able for the developers to catch up to each generation of hardware. This is a bunch of bullshit, because in development, you have engines that require use of specific hardware and memory requirements from the ground up to work. These companies need to give developers more hardware to work with from initial design, but half ass patchwork. Course monetarily, this works out great for them if consumers buy into this bullshit.
Microsoft needs to attack this strategy head on.
