I worked for UPS for a little while as a youngin. They sometimes load trucks a day early so you may or may not. If by 9 or so this morning the status has switched to "Out for delivery" I'd say you're probably gonna get it today. If it hasn't then expect it tomorrow.

Well shit, Im guessing that it will be tomorrow. I forgot that NFS is coming via UPS from Gamestop so I checked it's tracking and it's already marked as Out for Delivery as of 6:39am, the PS4 arrived at the sort facility at just after 6am and is still sitting there. Unless someone is making two trips or a second truck is coming I guess Im waiting till tomorrow

For something like this, if they had a lot of orders in a medium sized or smaller city, they may just aggregate them all onto one truck and send that truck around delivering them as well.

Its not unheard of.

If that's the case they'll all go out tomorrow.

My tracking says the same thing, but do you have an actual tracking update on UPS site? Mine just states 'label created'. It might update to deliver tomorrow 'early' once it reaches the next scan point. If not, yeah that's kind of annoying.

i just checked status and mine still says Delivery Estimate Friday, November 15, 2013 by 8:00pm

Amazon still says that for me, but the UPS tracking on the UPS site says:

This could be just UPS's default "2 day" transit since the label was printed after midnight. But in reality it shipped out late last night and will still deliver tomorrow. I can't really tell until UPS does an update on the tracking though, so hopefully sometime this morning it will update.

Amazon told me the UPS site is wrong and they guarantee I will see it tomorrow.

So confirmed it today with an Amazon rep, all amazon.ca orders of the PS4 are shipping tomorrow and no one is receiving it launch day. Super awesome of them to notify me late last night that that is what they're doing, way too late for me to change my order to some place else. Well played on their part, I'm definitely not making that mistake again.

Their verbage is a bit retarded, but basically you do this if you want to discharge the capacitors in there. It most likely wouldn't do anything. You usually only discharge caps if you're planning on performing surgery.

Amazon has never missed a release date for me. I wonder why they are shipping late to all of Canada. Seems like there is some info we are missing.
