Usually when we have people over, we mostly play Just Dance version 6035305 - whatever the newest one is, for the Wii. Probably a bit better for the Kinect, but that's ok. It's a great party system, and I imagine the Xboner is a great party machine too. Sometimes if my brother is over, we'll load up Dark Souls and see how far we can get if we're absolutely hammered (usually continually dying on the first few bad guys). I wouldn't invite people over and say, load up Killzone and have a party. If I want to show off single player games like that usually it's just my brother over and he wants to check them out, otherwise we dust off the Wii and people seem to have a blast.

Yeah, really, let's not overreact just because everyone wants to bash the Xbone. It doesn't seem like it's any more pronounced than the Blod yet.
I'm thinking you're probably out of luck. I used it for my launch 360 that doesn't even have HDMI and a ps3. 200 dollars for what would have normally been like 35. It was way to good of a deal.

I don't know what angers me more, that there's assholes out there who will still buy this game AND spend even more money on unlocking cars, or that these assholes can actually afford to do that because some other bunch of assholes gives them the money to do so in the first place.

And yeah, people shouldn't get too excited about those failed disk drives. It's always funny when hardware fails in a way that makes noise but a bad batch of disk drives is a very possible and common thing. It should also be pretty fixable by replacing what amounts to a cheap part.

Yeah, a few disk drives failing is no big deal. It's only an issue if another PS2 disc drive situation happens. Pretty much every single fat PS2 drive was going to fail at some point, it was just a matter of When and not If.
