I'm not happy about it. I'm really not happy about any of it. Like I said earlier, I felt we were a good team that was a piece or two away from being great, not a shit team that needed an entire roster overhaul to be competitive.

What I am hoping for now is that we sign Tebow, because my gut feeling is that we are going to need the power of Jesus to make this shit work and Tebow is the next best thing.

I think the 2008 injury was a lot worse for Palmer than the ACL injury. Palmer still played well in 2006. That might have even been his best year. The wheels fell off in '08. That elbow injury was the worst.

Bradford actually isn't a bad QB. I remember there being a video that compiled every throw over 15 yards or something like that and on almost all of them his receivers dropped it or just couldn't haul it in.

Like I said, their Plan A has always been replacing Murray with a drafted RB. The guy from the Raiders has been mentioned by them for at least 2 weeks to be a "home run" threat - he's not a replacement for Murray.

Murray's production was almost all from A) Linehan/Garrett's commitment to running the ball and B) increased production because of the O-line getting a 3rd All-Pro player (Murray led all running backs in Yards before Contact, the clear indicator of how good your O-line is blocking. Compared to 30th for LeSean McCoy in Philly.) He also had a lot of garbage yards from games the Cowboys were leading huge but Murray didn't want to come out of the game (Bears and Colts games come to mind).

Late in the year and in the playoffs it was Romo/Dez/Witten/Beasley who were moving the chains, Murray was just the complimentary piece. His YPC was way down in the low 3s at that point as his body was breaking down.

There Is almost zero chance of Peterson coming to Dallas for less money than he is making now.

So the Rams signed Nick Fairley to go in that DL rotation? Holy scary fucking front to go up against. Their front 4 are now Chris Long and Robert Quinn at DE, and Nick Fairley +Aaron Donald at DT....daaamn. They signed Akeem Ayers which will be a huge upgrade to their LB corps too.

All that team needs is a couple OL pieces and some safety help and they will be damn good.

Really impressed with the Les Snead job hes done with that team, they were an absolute abortion before he took over with Fisher.

What's Peterson's cap hit? I feel like he may end up not playing this year because no one wants that cap hit; not because of a large contract necessarily.

Are you ok man? Did you come down here and get raped or something? I do agree with you though, we have fuck all chance to actually do anything this season if any time in the next few seasons. I feel like Brees will be gone before we have a team again but we shall see.

-Sutekh, aren't you the Fins fan? How you feel about ellerbe since hes mine now? I know nothing about him. Stills is awesome though assuming he produces the same he did for us.

Alright now this is getting a little ridiculous with the AFC East.

Patriots going after Stevie Johnson (Bills) and Reggie Bush (Dolphins) after signing Scott Chandler (Bills) and Brandon Gibson (Dolphins) and failing to get Brian Hartline (Dolphins)
Bills get Percy Harvin (Jets), Richie Incognito (Dolphins), and are trying for Charles Clay (Dolphins)
Jets only taking Darelle Revis (Patriots)
and then you have the Dolphins the only pure team in the league that realizes swapping sloppy seconds isn't the way to go.

Miami in talks with the Vikes about trading Wallace, FOR ADRIAN PETERSON!

No just kidding it's probably Cordarrelle Patterson and a draft pick. Not a good trade for Miami but we need the cap space.
