Moved into Grahtwood for some grinding last night. Damn this shit is crowded. Couldn't find a good grind spot. Started doing quests and the stupid "defeat the pirates" quest in Haven is bugged. Ah well. The quests on this map are very compact and efficient.
Anyway, fuck Weakness to Elements. Taking fucking forever to level. It's now IV and maybe 25% to the morph. I've got a theory in mind for Night Blades. They can be bursty and elusive as fuck. Weakness to Elements morphs into Elemental Drain which procs (at least at level I) 100 mana every time you do fire/cold/shock damage. This includes both DOTs and weapon procs. If you play a NB, in 5pc Medium armor, Flurry Morph, and Haste you can achieve at least 58% attack speed. That's not including weapon traits, and with dual wield you can get at least 10-15% more. However you might want to stack weapon enchant cooldown.
Anyway, I'd like to test attack speed + this ability + siphoning and see how much damage/mgen I can achieve with a build like this. It probably wouldn't work, but I'm interested in giving it a go.
