but it's more delicious than a Snickers
not necessarily drinking it for health reasons, tho it does have way more minerals, vitamins, protein, and fiber than the snickers (the nutrition facts on that site are incomplete)... it's sweetened with cane sugar and brown sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup like many drinks... and no preservatives unlike the Muscle Milk or the Snickers
heck, i just looked at the ingredients for that Muscle Milk and:
rest is vitamins / minerals / preservatives.
99% of that is water, protein isolate, and calcium sodium caseinate. the smoothie i linked is made with
real strawberries,
real yogurt, and
real granola.
anyway, tl;dr: more to the story than just sugar content.
oh and it keeps me full longer than a snickers (tried both). there's days where i drink two of these and only one actual meal.
