that, and it has some non-blended food product in it. blended / juice fruit destroys a lot of the nutritional 'point' of fruit (same with the granola) and unless your actually deficient the vitamins / minerals mean nothing. I'll concede it may be equal.
Either way, my overall point is that not only isn't a health product, but it's a strait up liquid dessert. Maybe not you but a lot of people see "real fruit" and "added yogurt" and think it actually means something health wise. It really doesn't. The fact that the macros are so similar to a king sized candy bar and the packaging makes it look like a healthy product is... disturbing, and why mrs. 400lb blue hair blogs about her glandular problem "because she eats a healthy diet"
